Returns and Refunds
At Melbourne Corsages, we put great care and attention into creating each of our floral designs to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are made to order using fresh, perishable flowers, there are some specific conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
As our creations are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered. We also do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery.
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition or does not match your order details, please contact us within two hours of delivery. When doing so, include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as the preparation and sourcing of flowers will have already begun.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to our workshop. We can arrange re-delivery for an additional fee, but refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Melbourne Corsages cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, courier delays, or disruptions in flower supply.
