Welcome to Corsages Melbourne. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Corsages Melbourne is a Melbourne-based floral business specialising in handcrafted fresh flower corsages, buttonholes and related floral products for formals, weddings, graduations and other special occasions.
All products are handmade to order using fresh flowers and foliage.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed directly through our Shopify website.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, event date, delivery address and payment information.
All orders are subject to flower and material availability. If there is an issue with your order or a particular flower or material is unavailable, we will contact you where appropriate.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at Shopify checkout.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within approximately 15 km of Balwyn North, Melbourne.
When placing your order, enter your delivery address at checkout and the applicable delivery fee will be automatically calculated.
Delivery is generally made on the day of the event between 11am and 3pm, unless otherwise arranged.
While we take every care to deliver within the nominated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order or that a suitable safe delivery location is available.
5. Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment from Balwyn North.
Customers selecting pickup will be provided with the relevant collection details after placing their order.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome and can be arranged by contacting us via email.
Custom designs, colours, flower choices and wristband options may be subject to availability and additional costs.
Any agreed changes to a custom order should be requested as soon as possible. Once flowers or materials have been purchased or the design has entered production, changes may not be possible.
7. Seasonal Availability of Flowers
All floral products are subject to seasonal availability.
As flowers are natural products, variations in colour, size, shape and form may occur. Certain flowers or foliage may not be available at particular times of the year or may be affected by seasonal conditions, weather, market supply or import restrictions.
If a particular flower or material becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look, quality and style of the design.
Where possible, we will notify you of any significant substitutions before completing your order.
8. Product Care
Corsages and buttonholes are made using fresh flowers and require appropriate care.
Once received, keep your flowers in a cool, air-conditioned place away from direct sunlight, heat and hot vehicles until they are ready to use.
Handle your corsage or buttonhole gently to help maintain its freshness and appearance.
9. Cancellations, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Because our floral products are made using fresh, perishable flowers and are generally prepared specifically for each customer's event, change-of-mind cancellations may not be accepted once an order has entered preparation or production.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Where a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate the request, provided the order has not already been prepared or flowers and materials purchased specifically for the order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product arrives damaged, is significantly different from what was ordered, or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
10. Product Variations
As our products are handmade using natural flowers, no two arrangements will be completely identical.
There may be minor variations in flower size, colour, shape and placement. These natural variations are part of the character of fresh floral products and do not constitute a defect.
We will always aim to ensure that your order reflects the style, colour and overall appearance shown on our website.
11. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products contain fresh flowers, foliage and other floral materials that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities before placing an order.
Where possible, we can discuss alternative flower choices for customers with specific sensitivities, although we cannot guarantee that our products will be completely free from allergens.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Corsages Melbourne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during the ordering process is used to process orders, communicate with customers and arrange delivery or pickup.

14. Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, text, graphics and designs displayed on the Corsages Melbourne website are the property of Corsages Melbourne unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
