Shipping Policy

We deliver fresh, made-to-order floral arrangements and accessories to Ashburton, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Camberwell, Canterbury, Deepdene, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Kew, Kew East, Mont Albert, Surrey Hills, Ivanhoe, and Ivanhoe East. Delivery is available for $9.95.

Deliveries are made on the date and time you select at checkout. While we aim to arrive on time, minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or courier availability. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable, items will be returned to our workshop. Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please provide any special delivery instructions at checkout or contact us directly. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific delivery windows cannot be guaranteed.
